So I’m going on a work trip next week to a teaching conference. I just bought a bunch of snacks to throw into my suitcase to take with me. Is that crazy of me? LOL. Never done it before but I’m not sure if there will lots of snack options or time for breakfast.

I always travel with our own food. Saves me a ton! Love your intention to be mindful, saving a ton and eating your choices!

A few years ago when i went to a conference i got a small insulated bag to carry in my purse so i could have cold snacks  i dont mess around when it comes to snacking ahaha

I also do that for travel sports with kids. We always had snack on hand to avoid paying jacked up prices.
