Question

I know this is old but is there a number to call that you can actually get through to unemployment. My son has certified, received a letter, but no debit card. It has been over two weeks. He will certify again soon, before he even gets his debit card. Any advice. We called and a recorded response says 2-3 weeks. Is that how long it is taking to receive your card?

My daughter got her card the same day she got her letter saying she was getting unemployment

Can you login to his account and set it up for direct deposit so you don’t have to use the card?

He tried. Now no card or money in his account

Direct deposit is the best way to go, not the debit card.
