Best prenatal vitamin?

Garden of Life: Pros: has anti nausea in it, all organic and contains folate instead of folic acid. For me, that was most important. Cons: you have to take 3 a day, you have to take a DHA supplement in addition, Garden of Life has a good one. Prenatal is pricey. I had no nausea or any side effects from it. Baby girl is due in like 4 weeks and she’s been doing well  Any vitamin is better than no vitamin  have a great pregnancy

I got the gummy kind from Walmart. I think vitafusion brand? I was sooooo sick my whole pregnancy tho — those are the only ones that didn’t make it worse

I love the Walmart brand gummies! They are so good my bff wants to keep eating them and I usually have to give my daughter one when I have one. (She loves the lemon one)

Smarty Pants! I had the worst nausea my first trimester and these were the only ones I could stomach after trying a handful of others.

I use Nature Made plus a folic acid supplement (couldn’t find a prenatal that had enough. ) I take it at bedtime to avoid the nausea from the iron and the fish oil burps.

I took prenate mini but I think that one is Rx

I loved the Nature Made prenatal plus DHA. Took it at night, never made me sick.

I used one-a-day gummies. The gummies were the only ones that were easy enough on my stomach.
