With the weather getting nice I see many people rollerblading. Where is everyone buying their rollerblades? I have tried Walmart, Target, and Amazon. I found a pair on the Dick’s sporting good website but they are a bit pricey. Just want suggestions before I buy a pair from Dicks. Thanks ladies!

My daughter wanted a pair and I posted on my personal page asking if any of my friends had any to buy in her size. I did have a friend who was sweet enough to give me her old pair (in my kids size) from her attic. So many people are cleaning house its worth asking friends. You never know!

I actually just posted 2 pairs of rollerblades on the buy nothing site. Lol. Nobody has asked for them. I have a men's size 9. 5 (they fit more like a women's 9). And a pair of women's size 8 (I think). Both have carrying bags along with helmets and pads. Let me know if interested and you can have them.

I would take the women's ones. Mine just got ruined when our house flooded last week

@tamboura10 I think my sister might be a size 8, I’ll have to ask her. I’m looking for a size 6. 5. Thank you, I’ll let you know what she tells me.

@tamboura10 I'd be interested in the mens 9. 5 (I'm a women's 9). If still available. Thx!

Both pairs have been spoken for. My husband will be thrilled they're out of the garage!

Don't buy a cheap pair. you will regret it! I did once and got scars / blistering as the inside wouldn't stay up. I ended up getting a pair for about $90 in college. I was in Peoria so I do not remember where. I can tell you the first pair was from Wal-mart. Be sure that the boot inside is part of the structure and that your foot is firm! My $90 pair was on sale. I guesstimate after time that original retail value was closer to $150. Best decision I ever made! @risky2133

@selectman I found a pair on sale with great reviews on The Dicks website. Unfortunately they are out of stock. A lot of them are so hopefully they come in stock soon!

Oh no @turnedon! Hope you're ok.

@tamboura10 fractured tailbone. Last time was riding my son's hover board. Think I'm done trying to keep up with my kids‍♀️

@turnedon ouch! As much as I would love to rollerblade something like that is exactly what I was afraid would happen to me. I will stick to bike riding. Hope you heal quickly!

@tamboura10 thank you. Yes, stick to bike riding.

@azar2134 I decided on dicks, they’re pricy but they have great reviews and if like to get a good use out of them.

You can try Pure Hockey? Or any hockey equipment website. Worth a shot.

I’ve been rollerblading since i was 10 years old now 33 years old and still love it so much! Spend the extra money and get a good pair and they will last you a while. My wheels in the front are just now worn out and I’ve had them for at least 10 years and I rollerblade a lot.
by (2.6k points)
Also make sure you get outdoor wheels not indoor they are not meant for the rough surfaces

@mellicent I didn’t even think of that! Thanks for the tip!
