Where is the best place to get carne asada to cook on the grill?

I had been buying it from Tony’s since the price was good but the last few times they didn’t it run it through the machine well enough and the cuts were too thick. The little Mexican store on the corner across from Walgreens on the East side of Joliet is my go to! They have a green sauce that’s really really good too

Tonys market have them slice it in half and run it thru the machine three times makes for tender meat!
