If you needed a whole new air conditioner unit for your house, how much would you be looking to spend?

Probably see how old the furnace is. Usually best to upgrade together. And you get a better package deal. And pricing varies based on size. When we replaced we got larger units

If it was old and so is your furnace, it will be cheaper in the long run to replace both at the same time. Just a piece of advice.

Depends on the size and how efficient it is. Pricing can vary widely . Illinois Climate Controls how ever he’s booked a week or so out. He’s pretty popular.

We were quoted $3000, but he said when you replace the a/c it’s usually a good idea to do the furnace at the same time.
