I had a rhinoplasty after breaking my nose badly years earlier. I used Dr. Sidle at Northwestern. He's a facial reconstructive plastic surgeon, which I felt was important because I wanted a plastic surgeon that specializes in faces. (Rhinoplasty's have the highest rate of needing a second or third repair). If you don't like the result, he will redo it for free, but as he promised I was very happy with my result.
