IKEA! I’ve owned their metal twin over double and double sized loft and they went through several moves. They were still great when I gave them away/took them down due to kids getting too old.

My kids have had the ikea twin metal bed for several years and recently was taken down then put back up for a move and there were no issues. I second this! Only like $150 I think

@candlemas Yes! Both beds I bought were under $200 and they both got put up and taken apart and least 3 times. Zero issues and by the third time you become a pro putting it together.

I have a metal twin over full I used for less than a year. You can have it if interested. It's disassembled under my bed. If interested let me know and I will make sure I locate the assembly directions which I know I kept.

Just got these on marketplace! With almost brand new mattress! You have to be patient with marketplace. People suck but we found this from some grandparents whose grandkids only used it a handful of times.

@bonnell10 we did get a nice raised bed or loft bed I guess it's called on amazon for 150$ with a slide! But at our new house we could never use the slide. I did buy a cute curtain set that goes with it to make it look like a firetruck too! I think that was only 40$. I guess seeing prices at $1000 is crazy to me. We might just stick with a really basic bunk bed with no bells or whistles lol! I thought about selling the bed since it's like new. :D

@chops92 I get it. We bought expensive beds for the kids thinking they were set until College! 5 years later both girls wanted new beds

We priced some out about 4 years back. I knew exactly what I wanted and I knew it would be a bit pricey. Bob's is the best place we found, we went to every damn store too. Lol

We got our at Bob's. Best price for quality product. Very sturdy. Kids love it! We tried everywhere and it was the best bang for buck.

I agree that you get what you pay for. We shelled out over $3000 for our huge new sectional last year. It was hard spending so much, but we’ll have it for probably 10+ years, so I wanted something we absolutely loved.

@zales we paid around 2k for our and had it a year and the padding is failing in a couple areas but unnoticeable visually :( I guess I'm scared to commit to a big purchase again
by (380 points)
@chops92 where did you get it from? Ours is from hometown. I love it so much.

Costco. They had great bunk beds just recently. I purchased a piece of furniture for my family room from them and have been beyond happy. Very reasonably priced as well
