Question

Does anyone have Verizon that has made a claim for a broken phone through the insurance? My screen on the front and back is cracked. I can’t figure out how to do it, or do I just go to a store? Thanks

I have always gone into the store to do it. its been awhile but last time I did they just gave me a new phone in stores if they had the phone in stock

I have always had to call the Asurion insurance people and file a claim online and then they send the phone to me in the mail
