I had one from pinterest, didnt save it of course, but it was a banana pumpkin bread. So i know im not giving you a specific recipe but look that up and try one. The pumpkin really makes a great difference

Penzey’s recipe, we make it in a bunt pan with chocolate chips and it is yummy!

Trick to a good banana bread is mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Once you combine them mix together with a whisk (no more than 15-20sec) and try not to over mix if you do it comes out dry. I add pecans and semi sweet chocolate chips. And once mixed bake immediately. When baking soda/powder comes in contact with wet ingredients they start to activate
