Question

Has anyone had Com Ed into the home for an energy assessment? Is it a sales pitch? Or worth it to suck up 2 hours of my Saturday?

@flyspeck Then it’s definitely worth your time. I did this a few years ago. They came out and replaced every single light bulb within I think 8 feet. Inside and out. Also, they gave me a few surge protectors. They would have replaced the shower head, but I had just purchased a new one.

Worth it! They change every light bulb, in and outdoors, to energy efficient. They change shower head and faucet screens, if you want. And it’s all free! And if you switch to the Ecobee thermostat, they install and set up for free, and give you the rebate cost.
