Are there any local schools or areas that are very community oriented? We’re from a small town in MN and really are missing the “shop local” kind of feel. Also looking for schools that are parent involved and do fun extra activities such as concerts and sports, etc. Is that a thing around this area?

Welcome to Plainfield. Our family owns Hufendick Farm Market in Downtown Plainfield. Farmer owned and operated. All the meat in the store is from the animals we raise on our farm.

If you aren’t committed to Plainfield, Tall Grass in Naperville (95th and 59) is very community oriented. There is a great pool, lots of social events and many groups to join.

Go to the downtown Morris area! It’s great!
