@cibis2023 the online instructions say they don’t accept photocopies of all of the documents, though.

That’s all? No copies of your drivers license or birth certificate?

@padang648 I did a certified birth certificate and I think a photo copy of my license and had no problem. I had a new card to me in 3 weeks
