Would you cancel any follow up dr appt in the next few weeks? Back story - I called to cancel a non essential follow dr appt for my son. The girl was kinda rude and said it is your decision but we are still seeing patients. So I said I’ll call back on Monday and see the status. I plan on rescheduling but I felt like I was being over paranoid after speaking to her. Edited to add: this is a podiatry appt for an orthotic check. And it is a clinic where there are a lot of elderly patients. I just figured for the greater good of everyone they would be wanting people to reschedule.
