Question

Has anyone here rented an exotic car? Or done the driving experience on the track? Looking to see total cost in the end and if it was enjoyable. Looking into this for a father's day gift!

Awesome gift. i haven't experienced it but know people who have. men always want to drive themselves. i want to do both lol. So from what I hear, just like the ladies above say. its worth every penny. Your hubby's going to love it!

I have never rented an exotic vehicle. but that could be fun. i have only seen a show where they had to repo rented vehicles(expensive ones) because people stole them lol

@zanazander924 DesCamps oh yes it will be worth it I have a budget and I want to know with the extra fees what the cost is!  I just want him to enjoy it! He has mentioned renting one for the night and taking me to dinner so it would be a win win for me too

@li3906 right. with you in his arm. thats a win already. I got my hubby some cryotherapy sessions 3 years ago(he was talking all about the health benifits). he still hasn't redeemed so I stopped with gifts lol.

@zanazander924 DesCamps we normally don't do gifts either! I did get him a floating session for Christmas which he didn't redeem but I want him to do that either way. However my phone broke and he got me a new one for mother's day so I want to do something for him!

My dad and I have done Mario Andretti driving experience at the Chicagoland Speedway. We each chose to ride along with the driver because they’d probably go faster than we would drive. It was awesome! My dad said next time he’d want to drive himself for the feel of it.

I know they were groupons so much cheaper than it is now. I think the ride along on the Chicago speedway site is $99 and driving by yourself is $200

Highly recomend the NASCAR driving experience at Chicagoland. I did it for my husband for Father's Day last year and he was so excited he may have teared up. a lot lol. It was about $200 and worth every penny. He is very proud of his fastest lap certificate.

Idk cost (it was a work perk) but I was a passenger in a racecar for a few laps in Indianapolis and it was a blast!

A few years ago we did dream drive exotics (it was on Groupon) my boyfriend got to drive a Lamborghini but they also had a mcclaren and Ferrari if I remember right, we were all able to sit in the car before hand and take pictures too before he drove it around the track.

My husband has driven with xtreme xperience many times and has always had a wonderful experience. They usually come 2-3 times a year at the Autobahn in Joliet. I think they are next scheduled to come late July and May have a 20-30% off coupon. It’s a well run experience.
