I have family coming into town for a while. What are some fun things we can still do? Is anything in the city open? They’ve only been to IL a handful of times.

State parks are about the only things that are open and it will likely be that way for a while. Can they reschedule their trip?

@readily89278 no. My cousin is a welder and got a job up here for a little bit! They’re usually down south so I wanted to show them some things. This stinks!

@submersed10 gotcha. We've been having fun exploring the state parks. Easy enough to socially distance and most people have never been to them.

I did see a limo company is doing chicago pizza tours. You stop and try a few different places I think. Someone posted it in either this group or Plainfield Mamas. That could be fun. Also drive by and see some sights of the city?

@footman that’s what I’m thinking.

@submersed10 it’s great! Few people and a relaxing trip. Not sure if it matters to you, but it’s dog friendly too.
