Hi Moms!  I made homemade pizza dough earlier today and put it in the fridge for tomorrow.Hi Moms! I made homemade pizza dough earlier today and put it in the fridge for tomorrow. It keeps expanding (it even popped the lid off of one of my bowls). This may sound silly, but I’ve always made the dough and then cooked it right away. Any idea if it’ll be okay tomorrow when I go to make pizza?

Yes, it will be fine. I typically wrap mine in plastic wrap.

Cover it with plastic wrap and maybe a hand towel over that. Just keep the air off it, it will harden

I had a bag of frozen yeast rolls once. We took them out and put them in the fridge with the intent to bake them later after they had risen. We forgot about them. For 2 days. The dough was literally the size of the vegetable drawer and had burst out of the bag  Sorry no help, but thought I'd share.
