Question

Anybody switch from direct TV/ ATT uverse internet to Comcast/xfinity TV and internet? Pros and cons of going to xfinity?

I did and I am locked in for 2 years with way cheaper cost and better internet and cable quality. I know the cost will go up after the 2 years but you pay for what you get. Direct TV always went out on us and the Internet was slow. I hated how the prices always fluctuated all the time with Direct TV. To each their own but I will never go back to sat. I would pay the price for great quality and speed.

We did and it was the best move. We couldn’t watch crap with att. nothing came in upstairs from like 7pm-11pm. it just kept freezing. Internet kept disconnecting. Haven’t had that problem with Xfinity. For 70 more a month than what we were paying before we now get HBO, tv boxes in 4 rooms vs 2. much faster internet AND a home security system with 2 cameras & 10 sensors.

We dropped it all and use metronet with youtubeTV and it’s. The. Best!

We have it too in Downtown Plainfield. no complaints! Great speeds and their equipment is awesome too.

UVerse Internet was horrible. It wasn’t worth the savings. I had to go back to Xfinity.
