Question

Looking for recommendations for air purifiers. It seems like every time we cook, the house smells for days. Does anyone have an air purifier that they love that also gets rid of cooking odors? Thank you

We have the same issue! Our oven vent doesn’t go outside. that’s one thing I wish I could convince my hubby to change!

@barbarossa1 Anne yes, we put it in our babies room at night and then bring it downstairs (where we are most of the day) and let it run all day.

I bought a small IHome air purifier from Amazon for $36 and it works good at clearing the smell from the kitchen and family room. Not a full house purifier but it does the job.

We just got one! We got this one a few weeks ago and I swear it takes odors away and the air just seems cleaner! I haven’t been waking up with a stuffy nose anymore

I actually have 2 honeywell hepa air purifiers that I am selling on the marketplace if you want to pm me! They retail $150 brand new. They work perfect they just need a wipe down. I just don't run them anymore but don't want to just throw them out. I have brand new filters too!

I had debated on this and we opted for a whole house purifier. Non smoking, one dog, and I cook non stop. I’m thankful we decided to go for it! Maybe look into that instead. I had a bought a room one for my son since the dog spent most days there and it did do the job well

I literally just purchased this one and should arrive soon. I am on the same boat my husband has really bad allergies and my vent does not go outside. This brand is very reputable and has air purifiers at so many price ranges. Also stay away from ionic air purifiers. I’ve been doing my research because I have my son, my hubs and my dad at home oh and a dog.

@hoarse93175 thanks for the info, can I ask why you recommend staying away from ionic purifiers? Just curious as I have seen some listed as ionic and I’m not even sure what that is.
