Question on camera sharing.  My FIL has alzheimer's.Question on camera sharing. My FIL has alzheimer's. Our family wants to add a few cameras inside their home so my wife her sister and her mom can keep tabs on him. I’ve never shared a cam before. So if I put the cameras on my account, create their own account and share the cams with them they would have the advantage I hat a paid account has?

Yes, I share camera view access with family members. The account follows the device, not each account.

You’ve got the right idea. Definitely don’t make them the account owner or you’ll never be able to get info on the account from Ring. I have a camera on my account that is located in my mom’s house in NC. I’m in AZ

I think you can not have cameras at two locations on same account.

I have two door bells at my house and my parents have access to my cameras. They can look out anytime they want and answer my motion notices as well as doorbell. Create a share account with their email and they create password. They will be able to do everything you can do except delete video I believe. Hope this helps.

I have my cameras on the same account. One camera is at my home the other is at my camp 2. 5 hours away. I just set up multiple locations.
