Question

Any one else have this issue? stay mode no issues. but when i yell out to alexa. " i am leaving. " then head out the door, it finishes the count down and then triggers instant alarm and i have the Ring Centre calling me. does even if i manually trigger away . random .

It probably has to do with which setting you have for that door you are going out of

@julieannjulien96 are you using your front door as your main entrance and have it set as main door? Maybe a longer delay? I have my delay set for 180 seconds because I do a lot of double checking of things I want off are off and my husband is older and moves a little slower coming in and out.

Look at your history. It should show what’s triggering it after it’s been armed.

I had that happen before (in my case it was an upstairs motion sensor) It would trigger the alarm every time I set it. I rebooted my router and the ring base unit from within the app. I'm not sure which of those fixed it but it hasn't happened since then.
