Knew I would find my answer here, had required update yesterday. none of my musical alerts for my rings working. Guess I have do do all again, yuk

Got it fixed, had to go back and reset all my alarm music alerts, it's all good

@panhandle wouldn't let me get into my app yesterday, said there was an update, took a couple minutes to get done. Realized today wasn't getting my music alerts I have set. so had to go into each ring I have and redo them

@panhandle might have to go in and check where your areas are and reset them

@panhandle check your motion alert sound, see if your original one is still there, if that doesn't work call them, they are very helpful

Now I am receiving the alert notifications but it takes me more than 20 minutes before it downloads to the phone. It is not my internet I reset it and still same results

Happened with mine This morning. Reboot any routers/modems/extenders and try again.

Happening to mine also. I have it set to trigger when cars pass by and was fine till two days ago. Now cars don't trigger it at all and only when you are halfway up the driveway does it trigger for people. Reset it and ensured motion settings are all maxed out but to no avail

Don't know what Ring is doing but now I am getting the alerts BUT it takes more than 20 minutes to be able to view the alert. What is going on?
