How long should the battery last on the ring alarm!?! Mine lasted 30 mins :(

That screen shot though shows it as offline not out of power.

@julieannjulien96 could be if the power outage caused a wider outage with your internet provider, they use power too

@julieannjulien96 yes but if your provider went down outside the house then your backup power won’t matter if there’s no internet signal coming in from the provider

@julieannjulien96 that’s standard, it should have kicked in, surprised if it didn’t. Mine always does. It’s my alert to my internet glitching

It's only a backup battery, should be left plugged in at all times, and if you have a power cut it will continue to work for 24 hours

Way longer. We loss power the other day. A good solid 12 hour.

Charge it FULLY before installing.

This doesn’t necessarily say that the battery died. Maybe it couldn’t get a good cellular connection?
