Anyone know an updated timeline for the Modes roll out? Almost Feb and still don't have it.

I’m still waiting as well. I came across a negative review on Amazon for this very reason. The reviewer posted an update that Ring contacted him directly and were able to push the update to his account.  I called them and they said I have to wait until it gets rolled out to my account.

Same here. Been a couple weeks I believe. Perhaps try an uninstall and reinstall of the app ?

Waiting here as well! I have other features that some are just now getting for a bit but no modes.

Log out of the app and log back in. I didn't have the snapshot feature until I did the aforementioned process
