Yes, you can add a solar panel. Ring sells one with a solar panel. Scroll to the Battery and Solar Cameras:

I have solar power camera and works great even in cloudy Midwest. Been very little sun in February but enough shows thru to charge my batteries.

I am talking about the round indoor/outdoor stick up cam that is currently powered by a rechargeable battery via usb. I can’t seem to find where you can change it over
