So, I have my RDB2 @ home set to announce "Someone is at the front door" when the button is pressed. At my office, I tried to set up the same routine with a camera that is shared with my account, but it won't do it. Is it because it's a shared camera?

@ignition2, i linked my ring account, the account it’s shared to, and it appears under devices.

You should be able to go in and set it up exactly like you did the first one. If it’s a routine and not the alert tone you may need to make sure you have an Alexa set up in your office.

@ignition2, thanks! I’ve done all that. The shared doorbell is setup on my office Alexa account, the routine is set up the same it is at home, set to announce on the office devices, but nothing happens when I hit the doorbell.
