I returned mine because bridge would not connect to my system. Those light were originally manufactured by brinks and was bought out by ring. I’m hoping they fix these issues. But Ring cameras are great.

Do you need to bridge to control the flood light cam lights or just the stand alone lights

Yeah mine started acting 'off' today too. Landscape transformer didn't turn off this morning (just dusk/dawn setting) and there seems to be a long delay in the app if I manually turn on/off any of my other spot/flood lights. I rebooted the bridge and it seemed to help a bit.

Should also add mine are going on and offline a good bit too. Had most of these lights and bridge since January but these problems started within the past few days

I have 3 path lights that have been stuck offline for a week. Tried resetting them and everything, reset bridge, can’t get them back online. Guess I’ll have to sink an hour into calling Ring support.

Just got a chance to look into mine and my bridge is showing offline even though its connected to my wifi router. Of course none of the lights respond to the app either. I've also had these since they came out and this is the first issue I've had. Has anyone called support yet?

I actually removed my bridge but left all the lights still added and re-added the bridge once I was done setting up all my lights started updating and now they are all working perfectly again

can I ask? just want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly: you left all your lights and didn't remove them, but you totally removed the Bridge in the app. Added back the Bridge, and all your lights just auto-reconnected to your Bridge without having to re-add manually each light? I wasn't daring enough to try that, but awesome find that it worked if I'm understanding that correctly!

I want to try removing the batteries on one light and replacing themto see if that solves the issue, otherwise I'll definitely reach out.

if swapping batteries doesn’t work try bringing the light closer to bridge and see if it does an update

I pull batteries and cut power to the hardwired lights and all connected right up once power was restored. Thanks everyone.

I had issues a few nights ago, but it self resolved. I couldn't turn any lights on or off via the app, but they would still come on with motion events in their local group.
