I’ve seen people on here talking about when motion is detected a snap shot pic will be sent to phone notifications. Does everyone have this option? I have not seen this in new features on my IOS app.

I have an option that allows snapshots taken between motion detections. android.

Slow rollout, almost guaranteed. I had it and then it went away.

I have the snapshots for when there is NO notification

I got snapshots about two months ago. I got “people” mode on the door bell about 3 weeks ago. The spotlight cams were just added Monday.

Go to the app>tap on the gear>tap on 'device settings'> tap on snapshot capture (depending how you use the app you may need to tap on the three dots- settings-then device settings)

I get a notification and when I go to the app, I will see a snapshot of what set off the motion.

I also will see snapshots between motion detections. I set the time of the snapshots.

All my snapshots are set to 30 seconds which is the shortest setting between snaps. No notifications though on snaps. There is no need for snapshot notifications. It would be pointless.
