When I wake my computer, it frequently reports "motion detected" (including playing the tinkly sound) no matter how long ago motion was detected. (Could have been hours ago! ) Anyone know of a way to disable old alerts from sounding at computer-wake? I asked Ring and they seemed baffled, just telling me to reboot, re-install the app, etc.

That happens to me all the time on my laptops. Multiple computers.
