I know this has been discussed before but I can’t find the post. Can we shorten the cord on a spotlight cam? I know doing so will void the warranty but will it still work or is there a workaround so 20 feet of cord isn’t tied up under the eaves.

The guy that installed ours used the "cord clips" that came with our SLC and "attached" to the ceiling of our garage. If that's not possible, perhaps get a velcro strap in matching color and then 'tuck' or attach somehow out of the way? *Just thinking off the top of my head.

We just tucked the cord behind the siding.
