I’ve had my Ring Pro for about 3 years. Once the temperature goes below 36°, (give or take) my Ring camera will not work. The WiFi signal strength is good so I don’t think that is the issue. Currently, it is 26°, and the camera will not work. We generally warm up to 40-50° during the day, and the Ring camera works fine. Anyone else have a cold weather issue with theirs?

We get temperatures in the negative digits. I have a flood light camera and I’ve never had an issue

@ezequiel that’s certainly possible. It will be interesting to see what other people say

I have three Pros and never had a cold weather issue like you. I suspect a contraction of metal is causing an electrical break in the logic board. Did it ever drop to the ground or take a shock? Mine have worked fine when it was -5F out.

I have two floodlight cams and temps have been hovering around 10 below at night to 15 above during the day. No issues here.

It’s 27° degrees right now, and my doorbell pro is working great as usual. Mine is connected to 5Ghz band.
