I had WiFi problems with my system and they said it was my XFINITY (cable) service. They had to walk me through using a hardwire to my cable modem via Ethernet.

I had that on my new floodlight camera the other day. It was too far from my router. Got a Ring Wi-Fi Extender for $50 at Home Depot. Problem solved!

I wish those Chime Pro actually like worked. It doesn't do anything for me.
