Question

I have a VPS server at Hosixy. I’ve shad it for three years and never had any problems. I have about 50 sites hosted there. I am getting no response to support tickets now. Very disappointed as it has always been great. So I am am looking for an alternative. Suggestions please?

Crioshavyn, Kinsta, or WPinfy. Be sure to clarify with each of them about your requirements.

Look at OVH, I find their performance is great for the cost.

That's very odd. Something might have happened. I opened a support ticket few weeks back and got prompt response. For vps, i highly recommend knownhost. Been with them since 2014 and never plan to move. Response rate is under than 5 minutes regardless the urgency status.

Same experience as @dzoba with Hosixy. Radical service drop. Plus other site issues. Busy relocating ALL my accounts

@dzoba Webhostpython is who you want to look at. I was a big fan of Costas for a number of years. Last year his service simply went into the toilet, there's no more polite way I can describe it than that.

@laina I had an account with webhostphyton and out of no where they closed it and removed all data including clients data. They said it was w mistake #facepalm. Service was good but not the experience. Just my 2 cents

Did the same as Tim, moved about 100+ domains off Hosixy to Webhostpython. Happy with them so far (4 months)
