Do you use a project manager for your clients? What’s your process of tracking what you need to do and what has been done during any given month/quarter?

I use ClickUp for project management. When a client comes on board, I create an overarching strategy for a year, then break it down by quarter. Each quarter is then broken down into months and each month's tasks and deliverables are itemized and scheduled in my project manager. At then end of every month I do a review and report and each quarter I will review and adjust the overall strategy as needed. Rinse and repeat.

I use asana just their free version to organize all my projects and clients and leads along with links to docs and contact info to stay organized and not let anything fall thru the cracks

Project checklists, trello and a timetracker called paydirt. Anything that doesnt have a standard check list would still get basic milestone based one during the quoting stage.
