Do you think AI-driven programs like this will create less demand for paid ad experts? Check out their demo video. It looks interesting.

These type of tools will work very well on existing accounts. However for any unsupervised or unsupervised machine learning algorithm a large amount of sample data / observations is required to help with model training and predictions. (This is especially true for neural nets). For fresh accounts you're better off tweaking them manually. Then switching them over to an AI optimiser in the long haul (y)

@lorenzetti that’s not necessarily true. As a matter of fact I found the opposite to be true. Using this exact tool, I’ve run full-funnel campaigns (testing various types of cold, warm, hot ads) and with brand new account many times for myself and my clients, and virtually every time I found winning adsets within 24-48 hours. At least this has been my personal experience.

@gaussmeter22 I'm not saying the tool won't test for you. If you want it to do the experimentation phase then that's fine too. I'm simply stating that any model requires a significant amount of data to tell what audiences, campaigns, ads are actually good.

@lorenzetti I truly believed the same thing dude. I swear. but I follow the data and the data I’ve gathered over the last 6 months has forced me to change my opinion on this (data doesn’t lie).

@gaussmeter22 Great for you, glad to hear that its working :)

It's only a matter of time they have collected data from enough accounts and use transfer learning to get you up and going from the very start. But then, FB would do it themselves making these tools obsolete.

@lorenzetti 100% correct. Especially for RNNs processing anything like natural language, images, etc. They require over 100 million records to get to 90% accuracy. And 100 billion to get to 98%

Anyone used this? Super curious about the conversions you can get on autopilot.

I’m pretty sure I could beat AI in my niche. That being said audience building is super time consuming, so I see a possible advantage there. In the end quality eye catching content wins, and you really need humans for that. PS I only watched the first several minutes.

I used it. You gotta first have conversions for it to analyze data and then all it does is creates lookalike and retargeting audiences. The audiences do help with conversions but for it to work you need existing data. They have a trial so you could give it a shot and see if it's worth the monthly subscription.

I work with AI daily and trust me, there will always be a need for humans. Always.
