@laufer sure, but you get the idea. On default font family, I go with 16px minimum, up to 18px (paragraph text).

Don't keep it too small. You will get error is search console "Content too small to read"

Font-size: 16px or more for mobile. Otherwise GSC might hit u with a text to small to read error

Official minimum is 12px, according to Google. However, that is too small as well. Test and see what realistically feels good. Take care of line height and letter spacing as well. Plus avoid wall-of-text. :)

That's what I've been doing but I started to get smaller and smaller and didn't want to go TOO small

At least 16px, but some font families are weird. The glyphs are smaller than the 16px you expect, so we bump those up as needed.
