Pretty much agree on all but the title. The title is useful as an action tool. When you hover over an image with a title, the title text will appear near your mouse. When an image is linked, it can be used to describe the expected action. "Click to Enlarge" or "Click to read more. " or sometimes even things like "Photo Credit: Bob Cameraman" It's redundant as the same as the alt. People who can "see" the image don't need it described and the people who can't see it will see or hear the alt text anyway. The title can drive the experience or expand the experience without distracting from the main path to goal.

Love your insight on the Title text! Thanks for sharing.

A title should be the title of the image, not a CTA text. I would consider something as spam if the title of the image is “Click to enlarge”.

@blackington in the day of Google Algorithms, that's a valid point. Perhaps Google would take that into effect.

First, I would uninstall Yoast. Second, I write alt tags that describe the image. They are for people who cannot see.

@boatload OK does it have provisions of placing more than one keyword?

@sedgewick I don't know. I would never use that option on Yoast or any other plugin. It's dumb. I do not care about the "green dot" sort of evaluation.

@boatload Sir I just wanted to if I can be allowed to add more than one keyword

@sedgewick I have no idea. It's not something I would ever use, so I never paid attention to it.
