Ok after conversing with y’all I would like to know what y’all are using for lighting control? I have 31 individuals lighting loads and 7 fan loads that need to be controlled.

I would group the lights and tie them in with a switch vs having tons of individual lights. In my setup, I have a combination of Lutron and GE for both fan/light switches throughout the house. Lutrons are in the bedrooms because the option to having Pico controls by the bedside is super convenient when you dont want to use voice or fumble thru the app. Accent lights are Hue on dumb switch. I use accent lighting for areas where I dont normally use the switch (lamps, behind TV, under/over cabinets, etc). That was the easy part. the next step is finding a central hub to control them all. I've had ST for 4+yrs but got tired of them treating power users like we dont exist. so now slowly migrating to something local--Home Assistant. It's a long, uphill journey so I'll hold off on providing any feedback until it's fully migrated.
