I don't think that is something they allow you to change but maybe someone has figured out a way.

Can't change the wake word but you can change the voice . choice of 24 built into Alexa, male, female and many with accents. You can also assign specific voices to specific Alexa devices. Italian for the Chef responses in the kitchen maybe :)

There was/is a gethub group that has since moved to the Amazon Alexa Dev group that has built an Alexa device operating on an Raspberry Pi and works  with the exception of music services. You can make your own wake work that way. Otherwise your stuck with Alexa, Echo, Computer, and Amazon.

This. You can get the device code and recompile it in a Pi or whatever, and make your own Alexa. You can then change the wake word engine to one that accepts custom wake words. It'll do anything an Alexa does except access music. But afaik, no way to do it on an actual echo unit.

Technically, it could be done . total fudge. Connect your PC speaker output to the mics of an Alexa device. Say anything, 'JARVIS power up' and use dictation software to change any occurrence of 'JARVIS' to 'Alexa', use TTS to output to the Alexa device then you only hear the response from Alexa. Change the voice too
