Question

Hi friends, does anyone know any systems for interior doors in the apartment? or how could I do it? to have an intelligent lock and to close / open automatically with the help of sensors.

You saying you want to open and close the actual doors? Bit like a prison :) You would probably need small DC motors with a 'Felt' clutch on them so that the door could still be opened and closed by hand. You can get 'Actuators' on eBay to do this but these are really for Window control and you wouldn't be able to manually open or close the door.
