Anyone familiar with iPhones?  My wife’s iPhone 11 is stuck in an endless boot loop to the white Apple logo screen.Anyone familiar with iPhones? My wife’s iPhone 11 is stuck in an endless boot loop to the white Apple logo screen. I’ve tried the “force restart” many times, let the battery go dead for nearly 12 hours, and just now tried to use iTunes to update the iPhone software using recovery mode. iTunes told me the software update failed. Ugh! And now it just wants to restore her phone and wipe her data. She has her photos backed up to Google Photos, but not all her videos and she has plenty of videos of our kids on there we don’t want to loose. (Yes I know! ). Any other things I can try? I found a piece of software via Google that’s says it can help but has mixed reviews, Tenorshare Reiboot, I’m sure the local Genius Bar is also closed due to Covid, but doubt they would say they could save my data anyway. Any help is appreciated.

@nation were you having the same boot loop issue I am having? Reiboot solves your problem and you didn’t loose your data?

@apprehensible correct, I’ve been successful so far. No loss of data.

@nation thanks. That’s reassuring. Do you remember how much it’s costs? I didn’t get a price yet.

@apprehensible it wasn’t bad. I don’t recall.

There’s a few programs out there if you search. I had this happen with my iPhone X would never get past the logo I had to download the newest version on my Mac then force it to download on my phone using iTunes there’s a key combo you have to use but that was years ago. You can call Apple and they’ll explain how to do it over the phone. I believe tech support is free now because of covid.

Apple support is open for another hour, give them a ring, first.

Similar situation, called Apple: told me nothing could be done. Used Dr. Fone apps ($$) after small online search and it worked.

Thanks for the advice so far. I will call Apple in the morning and see what they have to say. After trying the update with iTunes the phone is now keeps showing me the restore screen. Not sure if that’s a new problem.

Don't waste your time with apple support, they will tell you you data is gone but you can buy a nice new iPhone from us today sir. Check out iPad rehab. Her 10 year old daughter could run circles around any "genius"

Local genius bar will tell you your boot loader is corrupt, and to fix it will cost about $100 less than a new iPhone, and tell you its not worth fixing.

@tulley well the phone is 6 months old so it should be under warranty. But at this point we just want to save our videos.
