I'm quite happy with the Schlage. No first-hand experience with the others, so.

@shechem I have a Schlage right now, I don’t mind it. I’d just want a few other options, but may just need to get a newer version or with more options

I already had Schlage locks for my front and back door and garage, all keyed alike for simplicity. I choose the Schlage primarily because it uses the same keyway and I can key my Schlage Encode to match my other locks. (Again, for simplicity - family members carry one key for all the entry doors. )

I went with Schlage early on. I have ten of the Connects. They require a hub for remote access but can be programmed and used without one. The newer versions are better, and are WiFi and HomeKit compatible, but my current ones work just fine for me. Their design and color also coordinated with the house as all of my door handles are the same brand.

Better is relative! The zwave ones don't rely on a third party cloud like the wifi ones to. I also use an airbnb integration that automatically sets/deletes codes for airbnb guests based on the airbnb calendar. Only possible with the zwave version (connected to smartthings).

I have a danalock and I cant fault it. Only downside is that to get any additional keys cut is ridiculously expensive due to the specialist high security cylinder. Reliable, has a key override, integrates well but equally has a good app of it's own, super easy to fit, great battery life, looks like a standard key turn cylinder from the outside and doesnt look bad on the inside either. I would 100% recommend the danalock (or ultion, same product) my experience working in the industry has not been good feedback for end users on the yale smart locks. I would particularly make sure you get one with a key override whatever brand you go for.

I’ve just purchased the 14 piece Ring alarm system and it stated that it could act as a hub for remote access. I currently use Wink hub for my remote access and code programming. I will follow up and let you know if that is a viable alternative as a hub.

Make sure you use a VPN with at least 128bit encryption for a Connection. Easily hackable.

August. Does everything you ask for and works well with their smart door bell too.
