If you have any light sensors you can use them to turn the plug on or off based on brightness. Assuming that’s what your trying to do with weather? If you need to turn something on/off due to rain. Or wind, then it’s more pricey. You can get an outdoor weather station that captures your local weather stats like rain, wind speed and direction, light and UV. But it has to be a weather station that can be linked to a web service (mine is Ambient Weather). Then you should be able to link them some way to Wink. I no longer use Wink, I use SmartThings and do it that way.

@howlet yeah, I have several things that I turn off due to rain. If my Ambient Weather rain gauge goes over certain amounts, it turns off my LEDs by the pool, more rain turns off an outdoor fan and more rain turns off my pool pump.

@howlet but it will depend on how connected Wink can be with a weather station. I didn’t try this when I used Wink.
