So I've running ST for a couple years and now all of a sudden I have multiple switches, lights, contact sensors are going offline for no reason. Got 2 GE switches next to each other and 1 is off line, 3 Visonic contact sensorsbfeet from each other and 1 goes offline and back constantly either new batteries. My Schlage lock work about 50% of the time. Single story house hub almost in the middle of the house. Not running g any webcore or anything special pretty much a plug and play set up system. And one of the presence sensors works but its not logging any activity. Using Classic App 90% of the time but new app shows same indicators. Did the ZWave repair several times and changed the Zigbee insecure to see if that helped and nada. You guys got any suggestions other than reinstall everything?

This happened to me during the beta for the 30. 5 firmware update. Apparently its more sensitive to bad ZWave routes. Run repairs and fix them. (I had three ghost/orphans and a bad switch) Fixed those, ZWave repairs until the network stabilized and suddenly everything locked in and its faster and more responsive now than it has been in a year.

@mitsukomitt my lightwave switches seem to be prone for this offline patter but they still work as they should so I’ve never really bothered

Start by looking at one device route. For example open the IDE and take a look at your lock route. See how it’s setup. If it’s got unknown devices in its route then it’s something to look into. You may have one bad device causing the mesh to act up. May also help to exclude and re pair any mains powered devices because they act as repeaters and can be a weak point in a mesh.

No the door sensors are Zigbee and the Switches are Zwave. I got the switches situated by excluding and re added so those are online. Lost my Osram flex lights today as well. Driving me nuts!
