Konnected question.  Want to make sure I understand before spending $260.Konnected question. Want to make sure I understand before spending $260. So if I buy the konnected interface module, and the pro alarm board, I can connect it to my Vista21ip and only monitor the sensors and not mess with arming or anything easily in SmartThings?

You could also get a Tuxedo WiFi keypad (which has z-wave) which will allow your alarm to interface with ST while retaining the ability to have your panel monitored and all its native functionality. I'm looking at doing that with a new alarm system to be installed soon that I also want monitored and integrated to ST. That said, it's a significant price difference as the Tunexo runs about $650 Canadian. EDIT: I'm looking at the Vista 20p rather than the 21ip, but the basics are the same.

@beeson mine is a 6280 tuxedo. But I thought I could only control zwave devices from it. I can monitor sensors from smartthings with it?

@beeson I only paid $130us for it.

J. W. Hagan Apparently you can add the Tuxedo as a secondary hub in ST. My understanding is you can see device status in ST but can't arm/disarm the alarm from ST

@beeson ok I’m on a mission. I’ll keep ya updated. You should be able to get that panel for much cheaper!

@beeson a lot of stuff I’m seeing is using the ST hub as a secondary hub to the tuxedo and it taking over your ST devices. Trying to find out more info.
