Question

Question regarding Schlage Connect door lock. I purchased one mid summer and had it working fine. The problem now is that for some reason, the GEO fencing doesn't seem to function in S. T. I can control the lock via the S. T. app, so I know at least the app. works. What I have my phone xmitters on are: wifi, cellular, and bluetooth. As for devices I only have 1 iPhone and it's listed under the devices. The routine is: If Wm. leaves the house, then "lock". If Wm. arrives, unlock the door. Any tips on trouble shooting how to get it to sense when I leave/arrive and trigger the Schlage to lock or unlock. I'm wondering if at some point, a apple iOs update might have messed with settings. Totally baffled. Thanks.

Install life360 and use that for presence, it's far more reliable than the built in presence sensor with the phone/app

This is not a question about the Schlage lock, this is a question about SmartThings geofencing You can click on your iPhone in the ST app and see recent activity and see if geofencing has been working If not, follow the steps others have provided. adjust the geofence. or log out / log back in. that should make the app re-register geofences with your iPhone
