I tried to change it to a button and it did the same thing.

@angell it’s showing up as a contact sensor in the new app. So it’s showing open when the SHM arms. And the power button doesn’t work anymore.

@weakness209 I haven’t used it in SHM in the new app, but shouldn’t you be able to not use it in your list of contact sensors? I think it defaults to all, but at least in the old one you could go in and manually select which contact sensors you wanted it to use.

@angell yeah it’s mostly the power button not working.

Odd. I’ve had that issue with those switch’s going into my harmony hub, it just sees them as a contact sensor, same thing with an outlet I have that has power monitoring, it just sees it as a sensor and not as a switch.

@angell it’s not a big deal. I only have one plug and I doubt I’ll be getting more of those. It was good for . 99 though.

@weakness209 you might want to contact the developer, some of those guys are very responsive to fixing issues.
