Question

I would like to automate the cooling and air circulation in my theater room by setting my ecobee thermostat few degrees cooler and set the AC fan to on. Does anyone have a recommendation for Smart app that’s easy to install?

Ecobee Suite Manager. Use Ecobee Smart Room Sensors for the best results.

I agree, use ecobee and ecobee smartsensors to manage that. You can schedule to control to that room or use the follow me feature. If you're using a non ecobee temp sensor try the Keep me comfortable smart app available from smartthings in the smart app page on the classic app.
