Yes - if the preset is set on that shade, the command will work. It basically just emulates the “my” button from the remote

Additionally if you are using Webcore, Action Tiles, or a Scene you can also emulate the preset by setting the device “Level” to 50%

thanks so much! I have 3 Somfy Shades. I programmed 4 Virtual Nodes. one vnode per shade and a fourth vnode to control all shades. How do I go about programming a preset on a shade? Sorry for the newb question. I just got Somfy on Saturday so this is all new to me. I'm using AT but not Webcore yet. I'm modelling each shade as a generic "Z-Wave Window Shade" device which I find works correctly in AT, new ST app and ST classic. What device type are you using?

I’m using for my DT. To set the preset, simply manually operate the shade with the remote to the position you want stored and then hold down the my button on the remote. The shade will jog to acknowledge acceptance. That’s it! ST will automatically work because the logic is stored in the shade motor

I’ve been following the group for a couple weeks now because I’d like to get away from the WiFi devices and migrate to a hub but haven’t been able to decide which route suits my situation.
