Question

Hi Everyone, I have been trying to get a Wemo dimmer installed and found a DH and smart app on GitHub, but it doesn't work. I want to uninstall the app but it the system says " it cant be deleted because it is installed by one or more users". How can I start from scratch here? Thanks

In the IDE go to Locations -> Click on your Hub Location -> Scroll down to “Installed SmartApps -> Click List SmartApps . Delete the SmartApp from there. Or you can do it from SmartThings Classic app under the Smart Apps area

He's trying from the website. Does that section work differently than the edit's delete option?

I've had this happen more than once. You have to email them and have them do it. We don't have "ultimate delete" permissions but they can override it.

Whatever the support address is now. I haven't actually had to do this since samsung bought them.
